Background/rationale

Aggressive pancreas head surgery with vascular resections represents a complex and challenging therapeutic approach for patients with pancreatic malignancies and in the neadjuvant treatment more and more we, pancreas surgerons are increasing the complexity. Then, Quality of Life (QoL) considerations in the context of such surgeries are crucial, as they directly impact the well-being and functional outcomes of individuals undergoing these procedures. However, the invasiveness of the surgery and the potential impact on adjacent structures can have profound effects on patients' QoL.
